As we approached the end of 2024, we wanted to celebrate the journey we shared throughout the year by coming together and reflecting on our experiences with Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and how these practices connect with our daily lives. This time, we met in Cholula at a lovely garden restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious gluten-free breakfast buffet<\/em> .<\/p>\n\n\n

It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a Sunday morning breakfast and spend quality time with family and fellow practitioners. The entire Tai Chi Puebla and Mahadeva Yoga Shala<\/a> community was invited, and we also had the chance to meet people who practice Yoga, Reiki, and meditation.\n\nThey are people who, like us, are walking a path of self-discovery\u2014seeking better health and harmony within themselves and with their surroundings. This path isn\u2019t always easy. Many times we are nourished by our own inner practice, but also by connection and by sharing experiences with others who are walking a similar journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
