When one decides to look for exercises to learn about these disciplines, it is easy to get lost among so much information, or not know where to start. or what to practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To raise a building we need to build a good foundation. Therefore, it is necessary to practice exercises that allow us to internalize the basic principles of Tai Chi.
