Beginnings

Born in Valencia (Spain), my first contact with the Tai Chi It was in 2001, when I was taking Taekwondo classes very close to where I lived. Behind the tatami where we practiced there was a small room with dim light and a wooden floor into which people dressed in loose, dark-colored clothes entered and practiced some type of exercise in silence. Later, coinciding with a time when I felt overwhelmed by the stress of combining studies with work, I noticed a sign on the door of the Taekwondo school that announced that mysterious activity in the small room: “ tai chi classes, a martial art for well-being and health” and soon after I enrolled, continuing to attend Taekwondo classes.

From the first moment I knew that this was the practice that more is closer to what I had understood from always as a martial art integral to develop as a person at all levels. Since I was a child I dreamed of finding a teacher to help me to develop not only the external aspects such as the strength and technique, but also those more internal and subtle, that make us grow as human beings.

Route

Over the years I met different schools, instructors and masters, always looking for integrate the different learning proposed with my own inner development, combining the practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung with Kung Fu (Wu Shu) and meditation Yoga. The combined practice of these disciplines has helped me to draw my own path and balance the external aspects (Yang) with the internal (Yin) within me.

It was when I returned from Mexico to Spain in 2017, when I felt confident enough to teach and try to share what I had learned through years of practice. The practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung has been a path from which I have been able to grow and find balance in my personal life, and which I enjoy sharing now.

Instructors

My inspiration, my path, my guide. Those who have taken me by the hand until I found my true nature, and to whom I remain eternally grateful.
