In this Chi Kung and Tai Chi course held during the month of August 2024 in Fuentealbilla, Albacete, we aim practice to the activation of the central nervous system, mainly through spine movements.
Tai Chi and Chi Kung at Galería Las Ánimas mall
Tai Chi and Chi Kung presentation at Reciclatón Puebla July 2024 ACIR Group and IDN11 GROUP invited us on July 6 to HazECO, where the main protagonist was the Reciclatón. Electronic and inorganic waste was collected at the Galerías las Animas shopping center. In addition, workshops, sustainable fashion catwalks, exhibitions of environmental impact photographs, meditation practices, Tai Chi, music, dance and more were held.
Taichi practice and tea tasting
This time in our practice and meet up next to the Pyramid of Cholula, we had in addition to the usual healthy breakfast in Healthy Garden the special occasion of enjoying a tasting of imported teas with Sarai Calderón, tea sommelier and founder of the brand @tesbrote, who accompanied us and lovingly shared all his knowledge and experience about ceremonial tea from the East.

I Tai Chi and Chi Kung Course in Tlaxcala
Between the months of May and June 2023 we had a Tai Chi and Chi Kung course in Tlaxcala. In this course on the basic foundations of Tai Chi and Chi Kung we were able to share excellent moments of practice and coexistence with Dr. María Amelia García, Regina Amaro and Raisa Ramírez.
