Taller de Chi Kung para la columna vertebral
The spine is the central axis that supports most of our body’s vital and movement-related functions. That’s why having a healthy spine—one that moves freely and elastically within its natural range of motion—has a strong impact on our overall quality of life.

Taking Care of Your Spine
Holding incorrect, rigid, or static postures for long periods of time reduces the strength, mobility, and functionality of the spine. Through Chi Kung practice, we have the opportunity to align, strengthen, and improve the elasticity of the spine, enhancing the quality of our movements. Chi Kung we have the opportunity to align, strengthen and improve elasticity, therefore the quality of the movements of our spine.
