The practice of both Chi Kung and Tai Chi were created with the objective of developing different aspects of the person, and directing them towards integral harmony. For didactic reasons, it is important to develop exercises from which to work on specific aspects and integrate them little by little into a broader practice.

There is a lot of exercises to practice Tai Chi and Chi Kung, created over decades by various masters following different styles. When one decides to look for exercises to learn about these disciplines, it is easy to get lost among so much information, or not know where to start. or what to practice.

To raise a building we need to build a good foundation. Therefore, it is necessary to practice exercises that allow us to internalize the basic principles of Tai Chi. In this way we will be able, from the beginning, to build a solid practice that allows us to develop all the potential that this discipline offers us.
