Tai Chi and Chi Kung presentation at Reciclatón Puebla July 2024

Grupo ACIR and IDN11 GROUP invited us on July 6th to the HazECO event, where the main highlight was the Reciclatón. Electronic and inorganic waste was collected at Galerías las Ánimas. In addition, there were workshops, sustainable fashion runways, impactful environmental photography exhibitions, meditation practices, Tai Chi, music, dance, and more.

Tai Chi Puebla presented, together with a group of students from classes in Puebla and Cholula, a series of Chi Kung and Tai Chiexercises. The audience was invited to take part and learn about the origins of these martial practices focused on health and well-being. As part of the presentation, we practiced gentle stretchingthe Five Animals Chi Kung, and the ten-movement form of Yang-style Tai Chi.
